the big tiny exhibition, Unifrom™ and Heirloom
the big tiny exhibition bridges art and community by showcasing 100 original drawings by kids and inviting young expressionist (kids in ages 0–10) to join in making a collective artwork through a live, interactive performance. By elevating children’s drawings to gallery status, the exhibition blurs the line between professional art and playful expression, questioning what art can be and who gets to be called an artist.
The space will be filled with color and imagination, as kids’ drawings transform the venue into a vibrant mini-gallery. Throughout the event, every tiny artist are welcome to draw, paint, and co-create a giant communal piece, letting the exhibition grow in real time. It’s a space where creativity literally runs free and the line between audience and artist joyfully disappears. 'the big tiny exhibition' is a collaborative art event presented by Unifrom™, the award-winning swedish fragrance house, and heirloom, a curated vintage store for children.
The initiative was born from Unifrom™ and Heirloom’s shared values of creativity, sustainability, and community, along with a joint mission to challenge traditional norms in both art and fashion.
Unifrom™ and Heirloom is two seperated entities that will join forces for ‘the big tiny exhibition 2025'. Unifrom™ is a plattform pushing creativity in the field of scents. Heirloom is curated shop vintage for kids & toddlers.

“Lidingö on Kungsholmen”
Riddarfjärden Vocal Ensemble performs “Let the Light Shine in the Darkness”
We need to rest in the darkness of the night and draw energy from the daylight. The soothing darkness, undisturbed by destructive forces, serves as the foundation for the life-giving light. This theme is reflected in the music and lyrics performed, inspired by Erik Blomberg's poem "Do not be afraid of the darkness, for the light rests there," with music composed by Karin Rehnqvist. The singers, alternating between full choir, men's voices, and women's voices, move throughout the art exhibition in light mantels over black clothing. The light contains the entire color spectrum, which is reflected in the colors of the mantles. The colors and titles of the mantles are linked to chakra philosophy, with specific energies and colors placed at different positions in the body. The choir singer's vocal range corresponds to the position of the chakra that the singer's mantle symbolizes. The person with the lowest voice part wears the mantle representing the lowest chakra. These mantles symbolize good values and serve as shields against a lack of imagination. The concept of good values spans the entire philosophical history of humanity, from Confucius and Aristotle to the present day. It represents a shared foundation of values that is meant to grow in luminous strength.

In the piece Twelve Years Ago New Year’s Feast, he portrays an emotional collapse: a breakdown under an immaterial weight so overwhelming that the body deforms and is crushed. It is a visual testimony to the tragic and ironic state of being human.

Artist presentation at Market Art Fair: Bella Rune and Alejandro Sintura
Galleri Magnus Karlsson was founded in 1990, located for the first 7 years in Västerås, 100 km west of Stockholm. It gradually gained a reputation as one of the most interesting contemporary galleries in Sweden, moving to Stockholm in 1997. The focus of the gallery has been to present emerging artists from Sweden and establish long term relations and representations. The gallery is located on the ground floor of The Royal Swedish Academy of Fine Arts on Fredsgatan 12.
Bella Rune and Alejandro Sintura will present their works in our booth at Market Art Fair on Saturday 17.5 at 4 PM
At Market Art Fair 2025 we are delighted to present a two person show with artists Bella Rune (Sweden, b. 1971) and Alejandro Sintura (Colombia, b. 2000). Although we see it as two solo presentations, we are interested in the meeting and collision of these very different artistic practices. Bella Rune’s three-dimensional sculptures occupying the space and Alejandro Sintura’s paintings installed on the surrounding walls. Both artists will show new works made for the fair.
In the installation, they approach each other in a curious dialogue. It is exciting to let two artists from different generations and cultures meet to explore differences and similarities in language and content. There is a point of contact in the use of colour, materiality and the relationship with tactility and abstraction. In their work you can also find common ideas about how the everyday and humble can be transformed into something important and monumental.
At the fair we also present a site-specific textile assemblage by Petra Lindholm at Market Extended. The work is on display in the staircase of the Liljevalchs+ building. Petra Lindholm’s assemblages can initially be perceived as paintings, but are in fact made of textiles. She uses thin fabrics in different colours, that are applied in several layers with glue on panels. Lindholm strives for an existence where she embraces the random and spontaneity that arises in the process. The images grow organically as she adds new layers and physically processes the surfaces with her hand and knife. In the new work for Market Extended she has worked with a landscape motif, but she also has given the abstract and physical qualities more free rein.
