Please join us for an evening where sound enters into dialogue with space, texture, and form.

Curated by percussionist Mika Takehara, this concert is shaped in close connection with Paula Tove Alderin's exhibition SHED / Horizons of Rawness. Together, they create a shifting landscape where music and visual art intersect. Alderin will be present to introduce her work.

Cellist Mattias Rodrick, based in Stockholm, brings a practice rooted in contemporary music and close collaboration with composers. Through premieres and commissions, his work explores the cello's expressive range—from the intimate to the expansive, including encounters with choral sound.

Alongside performing, Rodrick curates platforms such as the Schumanniad festival at Musikaliska and Musik i Marabouparken at Marabouparken Konsthall, fostering spaces where new ideas and traditions meet.
